If you would like to make an entry into the 2024 show there is some important information that you need to know. 

• Closing dates for competitions will vary so make sure you check the date for every competition you wish to enter and ensure you get your entry in by 5pm on that day. Entries or changes to entries cannot be made after the closing time.
• There will be caps on the number of entries allowed in some sections so when that limit is reached you will no longer be able to place an entry even if it is prior to the closing date. To avoid disappointment we encourage you to enter early.
• Prize money will be paid directly into the account that you nominate at the time of entry. Please ensure you provide those bank account details when you enter.
• Exhibitor passes for those sections entitled to receive them are limited and must be purchased at the time of entry. Otherwise passes must be purchased at regular gate online price.
• Camping and stabling(if applicable) must be purchased at the time of entry. No late applications for camping or stabling will be available after entries close for 2024.
• Refer to section schedules for detailed information. Enquiries regarding specific information about classes should be made directly to the Chief Steward of the section. Their contact details are in the front of the schedule. Alternatively please contact our office.
